In some countries, owing a home rather than renting is very important. *why might this be the case *Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

Owing a
home
such
as a detached
home
or an apartment rather than renting accommodation is very crucial and essential in many countries which have different cultures and traditions. Fear of the future and renting issues are the most important factors for
this
statement and from my perspective, these are positive circumstances because they can help
people
improve their financial status.
On the other hand
, owning a
home
either detached or attached is a very important issue in
this
day and age, because of poor economic conditions in some countries and
also
the rate of unemployment,
people
want to have wealth to support their children and offspring in the future. And
also
renting is a crucial problem because, if you want to rent accommodation you will go to a nine to five work and
also
you will not have flexible working hours. Poor working conditions can lead to anxiety and depression, too.
On the other hand
, if
people
had a
home
, they would be relaxed and peaceful and
also
would be well-behaved. Having a stable financial status can alleviate stressful circumstances.
People
who have a
home
, have an easier
life
than those who have rent accommodations because they can spend their money on other parts of their
life
,
for instance
, they usually can go abroad for holidays and vacations. And because of that reasons, I find it a positive situation. By way of conclusion,
firstly
, because of poor economic conditions and the rate of unemployment in some countries, owning a
home
is a better idea.
Secondly
,
people
who own a
home
, have better
life
circumstances and they can
also
improve other aspects of their private
life
.
