Last week I got a letter from yours. In that letter you mentioned a lot of noise coming from my flat, thus your families are encountering asleep issues, since last two weeks. Firstly, my dormitary room is very old and the plumbing works are not completed fully, since it was built. Hence, maintanence of pipeline and replacing of windows activities are ongoing, since two weeks. Moreover, plumber and electrician both of not familiar in their job , thus the noise was created and during hammering time a lot of noise was made by them.
