People in community now could buy cheaper consumer goods. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

In
this
contemporary era, it is believed by many that
people
in the community could purchase
products
at low-cost.
However
, I strongly opine that the merits are more than the demerits and will discuss the reasons in the below paragraphs. There are several benefits to buying
products
at a lower
price
.
To begin
with, massive production is the only way where a company can produce goods at a cheaper
price
hence
organizations need employees for conducting production in the factories which reduces unemployment in the nation.
Secondly
,
people
always want a better
quality
product at a lower cost which enhances the pressure on businesses and retailers as they have to be competitive and keep innovating their
products
to become stable in
this
cut-throat competition. Lower-income class
people
can be benefitted from
this
trend as it helps them to purchase good and innovative
products
at low-
price
, so they can save their hard-earned money.
On the other hand
, there are various disadvantages to buying goods at a cheaper
price
. Manufacturers have started using substitutes of raw materials which could be low in
quality
and produce degraded
products
. These
products
are harmful to users. A lower
price
creates a high demand for the product which leads to inflation, the government should impose laws and rules for stabilizing the prices in the market.
Moreover
, the government should ask authorities to check the
quality
of the product so that
people
can use good
quality
products
. To conclude, I believe that, cheaper goods bring huge competition among businesses which is useful to the common
people
.
However
, with the intervention of the
government

we can control the
quality
and the
price
of the
products
