Dear Akmal, I hope u r fine and everyone is good at your home. I am writing
this
letter to recall u about your duties in the upcoming days which we discussed in our
last
meeting. As you know, you will be looking after my family and home chores that's why I thought to tell you in detail so you can find it easy. The
first
thing to inform you about is my son's schedule. He gets up early morning takes his breakfast ,and I
also
prepare a lunchbox for him. After he leaves for school, I start setting my home.
First
, I wash all my clothes following that I feed Tommy and
then
water the plants. I pick up my son from school around 2pm. After taking some rest he goes to the ground for sports. when he finishes playing
then
it's time for homework for almost one hour after which he watches tv for about an hour
then
takes his dinner and goes to bed. I believe you will fulfil your duty. I will be waiting for you. Pay my regards to your family. thanks. your loving friend, Muhammad Irfan.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
