Dear manager, My name is Mohammad and I am the middle engineer in our firm. I am writing
this
letter to ask you about the opportunity to work in our head office in Canada for at least 6 months. To be honest, the reason for
this
demand is that I am willing to create a good relationship with our colleagues and reinforce my skills.
Moreover
,the possibility of immigration has been created by one of my companions and it can be a suitable chance for me to move to that country. Mr Brandon has taught

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
