 essay, I would attempt to look into key factors, in arguing both views and presenting my own perspective. To start with, there is plenty of evidence to support the

 view. The most noticeable one would be that, by building rails for fast trains, it makes it easier to move between

 and they will reach their destinations faster,

 there will not be the need to drive themselves and cause problems
