every woman should stay at home only agree or disagree
The topic of
women
's working preferences has been highly debatable and a few sections of people argue that females
should prefer staying in their houses only and not stepping out for doing work
. Such
narrow mindsets towards women
are not at all welcoming, and I strongly disagree with this
statement that women
should choose to remain in their homes. In this
essay, I shall be discussing the reasons supporting my disagreement in the subsequent paragraphs.
Firstly
, I believe that females
should be given the same opportunities as that males. Nowadays, in many fields, women
are ahead of their male colleagues and tend to perform amazingly well in whatever task they take up. To cite an example, the prime minister of Finland is a female who is managing the nation in the best possible way, and has set an example for all jurisdictions across the globe. When women
are set free they can explore their hidden talents and showcase their potential. Today, we have a majority of female employees working in all sectors of the service industry, and this
trend is quite motivating to encourage more females
to explore different domains and grow professionally.
Secondly
, thinking that ladies should limit themselves only to household chores is a conservative mindset. I believe that it's a woman's personal choice whether she wants to dedicate herself completely to her family or go out and work
. Some females
enjoy taking care of their families and hence
, choose to nurture and build their family bonds, whereas, a few ladies love to work
and evolve in their professional careers. For instance
, in countries like India, we have women
who take care of their families and also
excellently manage their work
life. Thus
, in my opinion, women
can do whatever they want and people have no right to judge them and decide about their preferences.
To conclude, I think that people should not decide what a woman should do; whether she should stay in her home or go out and work
