These days increasing the obesity percentage because of a sedentary lifestyle and having to do yoga to maintain physical and mental well-being person here we can discuss various options available to reduce overweight. parents should encourage the children to spend time in business and other curricular activities like painting and drawing because lack of physical activity may lead to stress for kids and increased health problems,they are unable to eat food , and improper food intake leads to increase weight it pron to get more diseases

if it is girls ,majority of them are getting PCOD,thyroid extra. In routine life ,following some good habits like doing ,exercise meditation,have to do daily, and good to start playing in schools . sport should have in their curriculum,if it is started in childhood ,they follow thoroughly throughout their life,rather than adults,when they activity learned from childhood it is easy to learn and follow.participating in group games like soccer and football,cricket, and individual activities like swimming, skating is good for health and wellbeing of the person and it avoids getting overweight. other than taking vehicles for going to the market and shops to buy groceries that nearby can use a bicycle,change the food habits like eating junk foods,and cooldrinks should be avoided,with a guide dietitian good caloric intake will be appreciated it leads to BMI maintenance. In ,conclusion increasing the time to do activities and sport are not required ,limited time performance, diet ,yoga and a stress-free balanced lifestyle give more output it helps to reduce the overweight.
