Last week, you lost your luggage while traveling on holiday. Luckily, you have travel insurance. Write a letterto the manager of your insurance company. In your letter: Describe the characteristics of what you lost Explain how you lost it. Tell the insurance company what you need from them
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing
this
to file an insurance claim for baggage that was lost during my holiday last
week.
The stroller is a red, medium-sized Alpha brand model. It has a black zip line with a golden lock of Harrison company. Unfortunately, it does not have a luggage tag attached to it with my contact information.
While I am not completely sure how the baggage was lost, I imagine that the airline might have placed it on a different flight. In fact, I have been in contact with the airline and they are almost certain that this
is the most probable scenario.
Before I left for the travel, I had taken out travel insurance with your company. Based on the information in the contract, lost luggage is covered under it. Therefore
, I have attached the insurance claim and I would appreciate it if your company could review the approximate value of the baggage and process the attached claim as soon as possible.
Please let me know if you require any further
information.
Yours faithfully,
