The only way to improve road safety is to give much stricter punishments for driving offenses. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent decades, street accidents have been increasing every day. So, traffic accidents are growing very fast. Because of that reason, governments decided to give stricter punishments for driving offences to raise people’s awareness.

 is not the only way. People always appreciate the value of cash. So that, when they are punished with huge cash, they will not violate highway transportation Laws because they are afraid of running out of bills and after that, they can live comfortably probably because they don’t have enough funds.  a policeman will send them a report about their traffic violations. Another method that I just came up with is that every vehicle in transport has a chip attached and when they violate parking lot transport Laws, the chip will announce to the policeman. It will make people become more aware and travel violations will be significantly reduced. Punishment for driver offences is a good way to improve road safety but it is not the only method.
