Dear Sarah, I have recently been provided with a trip to the USA for 2 weeks, as a token of appreciation for all the hard work by my company, and I can choose someone to go with me.
Firstly
, some of the travel plans are, we will start from Ontario on the 3rd of June, and return back on the 19th of the same month. We will be arriving at Los Angeles airport on the 4th of June, where we will stay for 3 days and
then
drive to San Francisco by road on the 6th. I have booked a flight from SFO airport to Newyork on the 8th and after a ,stay for 3 days in NY , the city we will be flying to Florida where our trip ends. So, the only money we will be needing is for spending as the travel, stay and food will be covered by the company. Some things I would like to do when we arrive in the USA are, visit the Universal studios of LA, and the most spoken Route 1 drive from Los Angeles to San Francisco. Of course, when in New York how can one miss the seven wonders of the world, the Statue of Liberty and the happening downtown of Manhattan which includes the Times Square visit

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 150 words in writing task 1. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long letter will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 160 to 190 words in writing task 1. This will ensure a concise letter and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 20 minutes to write the letter and you need around 5 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long letter in 15 minutes.
