The school library is seeking applicants for a job over summer break. Write a letter to the library’s manager, in your letter include: - A brief introduction of yourself - Your experience and relevant skills - Why you want the job Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Hello Madam Melinda, I'm writing in response to the advertisement posted on the college job portal for the coming summer. I
also
heard that one of your colleagues will not be available for the summer and you are looking for a student to fulfil that vacancy. I'm Damodara Madhukar, a Business Management student in my
second
semester. Starting from my
first
semester, I have taken up several roles in various laboratories, helping students with their queries and professors with their research proposals. With the experience of having dealt with the core group of the college, I believe my problem-solving and communication capabilities will be useful for the smooth handling of the role. As summer break is approaching, I would want to use my free time to improve my interpersonal skills and support my financials for my research work. So, I wanted to take
this
opportunity and create a better version of myself. I look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience and for any
further
discussion of my qualifications, I am available between 10 AM - 2 PM today. Yours Sincerely, Damodara Madhukar

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
