In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. why might this be the case?Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

Nowadays, compared to renting a home , the concept of purchasing is more significant to the majority of people in some nations. While in my personal experience, due to the ageing problem , people tend to have their own apartment because of the desire for family warmth. A home which belongs to oneself gives a sense of security , which I stand for it too.
Moreover
, there are some pros and cons that will be highlighted in my write-up. On one side of the coin , being capable of buying a home brings lots of positive effects .
For example
, the loan which has to be paid every month is direct to the bank , not to the landlord .
In other words
, that's another way to save money .
In addition
, owning an apartment represents that the person might have been successful in some part of their life , because that may cost a fortune .
Last
but not least , people buying money prevent the real estate industry from collapsing. On the other side of

hand , the negative situation might be an unnecessary burden on the owners' shoulders. Like what is contextualised, owning a building means years of loans .
However
, only possessing something as your own makes one relax the most , not being under someone's pressure. By way of conclusion , it seems that whether to rent or own a building is a double-edged sword.
Nevertheless
, I strongly recommend buying a residence as though
that is
where harmony can genuinely be found.
