Some people think that having a set retirement age for everybody regardless is unfair.They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at easy age.Do you agree or disagree. Which type of workers do you think should be benefit for early retirement. Give reason and example.

 in different professions usually start to receive pensions after they reach the
age
 range of around 50-60. But, since it was ratified,
this
 has been a point of controversy and faced much opposition from different groups of
workers
. As they believe every profession should not be treated
similarly
 when it comes to pensions and
workers
 on some specific jobs should be allowed to retire early. In
this
 essay, I will elaborate on how early retirement is necessary for some professions in comparison to some other jobs.
People
, naturally, are limited to actively working for some specific time range when the
work
 involves some physique. Labour
workers
such
 as those that
work
 in construction,
for instance
, need to always be physically fit to properly do their job. And by nature, we humans can't stay fit throughout the entirety of our lifetime; there is a limit. So, retiring

 in these areas of the same

 whose
work
 has less physical involvement would be unfair. It will force

 to
work
 beyond their limits which might lead them to unnecessary health complications.
In addition
 to its consequence on the

, it might

 affect the quality of

For instance
, software developers need to have the patience and innovative mind to keep coding and debugging for hours. and
this
 is something that degrades as
people
age
. So, keeping old
people
 on
such
 type of
work
 would highly affect the quality of the product that will be served. In conclusion, I believe different jobs should be accessed separately about the implications of
age
 on both the
workers
 and the quality of
work
 and assign different retirement ages
accordingly

, I believe great products can be produced and services delivered without harming or unnecessarily forcing
workers
