Some people believe that governments should pay full course fees for students who want to study in universities. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

There is a belief,that scholarships for university applicants should be paid.
This
statement has its positive and negative points.
However
,I am inclined to support
this
idea,as many gifted students are considering high education because of its price. In recent decades fees in prestigious universities have become astronomical.
Consequently
, people of low income are not capable to pay them and study the subject they would like to.
This
might result in a decreasing number of high-ability learners,
thus
, a future workforce.
Therefore
, high education should be available for every social group,despite their budget.
For instance
,in Ukraine,each university is offering scholarships for the most talented school graduates,who ranked
accordingly
to their independent exam results.
This
provides an opportunity for everybody with a strong motivation to obtain a profession they dream about.
On the other hand
,if students do not pay university fees, there will not be enough budget to organise a learning process of high quality,as there is sophisticated equipment required for it.
Additionally
,staff should be motivated by high salaries as the educational process is a very difficult and time-consuming one.
To sum up
all of the above,if students' fees were paid it would create highly educated and motivated professionals in future and I firmly agree with
this
statement.Though, there should be a balance,as educational establishments need sufficient budgets to deliver decent knowledge.
