Dear Sir,
I'm writing
this
letter to let you know my decision regarding the job offer. I respectfully decline the offer due to
some ethical and fair reasons ,Further
I would like to line up the reasons. Add a comma
,Further
This
will help you to get a better understanding.
Firstly
, I prefer to talk about the salary. I requested a certain amount for my position after doing a
proper research on salary scales. But the organization has decided to offer 50% of the requested amount, which is clearly not acceptable. I'm a skilled graduate. Not only that, but a qualified designer worked at a reputed company in the apparel industry. Remove the article

Therefore
I will not be able to accept this
salary for my qualification and experience.
Secondly
, I went through the job description before coming the to interview ,however
the organization looking for more work to be done than the JD, Add the comma(s)
,however
Moreover
working extra is not an issue, but I would be happy to help the organization if they agree to pay a reasonable amount for my knowledge.
Hope you will understand my situation.
Kind regards,

The Greeting
Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.
Always start an informal letter in the ways:
- Dear + name
- Hi / Hello + name
‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.
For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:
- Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
- Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
