Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with regard to my next door neighbour.He is disturbing me by listening to music

while

I am sleeping. First and foremost,I am a math teacher,

therefore

,I become tired mentally each day.In order to recharge my battery,I am more likely to go to bed at 10 pm.

However

,because of my neighbour's indifference,I am unable to sleep sufficiently As I mentioned,my neighbour tends to turn on music at midnight.

Moreover

,he is listening to music at full volume.

This

situation is so irritating and decreases my productivity.I hardly wake up in the morning

as well as

I am sleepy throughout the day. I would be extremely grateful if you could do anything in order to prevent

this

procrastination.Actually,one suggestion would be to warn him that if

this

case continues, he will get financial punishment. I hope you will address
