Nowadays not many young people choose to work in the farming industry. Why do you think that is? How could young people be encouraged to work in this industry?
Though the agriculture
industry
can largely contribute to the developing country’s economy, The new generation is reluctant to make a career in it. There can be social and economic reasons for such
development, but like any problem, there is a solution to such
a complex issue.
First and foremost, the fiscal rationale behind choosing other industries, but farming, is an uncertain income
. The farming industry
may largely depend on the weather and due to
global warming, the weather cycle is disturbed, and so are their earning cycles. On the other hand
, a salaried job can give a guaranteed salary on a fixed date, and lure away the young generation. Secondly
, farmers may have to live near a farm that is
located near villages or distant suburbs which are notorious for the blow par education
level. Like any father or mother, they also
want to give their child give best possible education
. Considering this
societal aspect, aspirants take this
factor into consideration and avoid the farming industry

Nevertheless
, the solutions to such
a complex socioeconomic issue are very simple. Firstly

of a farmer, the government can introduce a bill that not only makes the insurance on forming yield compulsory but also
heavily subsidized to make it affordable. By ensuring the yield, regardless of the weather, a farmer will get income
like any other industry

from any corner of the world.
In conclusion, although
farming needs an intensive amount of labour, it has the potential for lucrative earnings, but people are not making a career out of it due to
