Some people say that advertising is extremely successful at persuading us to buy things. Other people think that advertising is so common that we no longer pay attention to it. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

The two diagrams compare changes in owning figures for different kinds of electronic devices and spending time doing chores at home in a country from 1920 to 2019.

, and it saw minimal growth for about 40 years ( between 1980 to 2019). As a range of electronic

 in 1920, the number of hours per week was extremely high.
