There is no doubt that education is the most important thing for every juvenile in the world.
However
, an excellent educational environment
can’t
be reached if there are no great
teachers
that support it.
This
challenge could happen because of several reasons which I would explain more in
this
essay. As a person who shares values and knowledge with all of their students, people
can’t
dwarf the important role of a
teacher
.
Although
it’s a noble position, society needs to not take
this
fact for granted. As human beings,
teachers
would need enough money to support their life which
can’t
happen without a good salary. The low rate of income can be a big consideration for those who want to be a
teacher
. As the benchmark, One of the countries named Indonesia gives a low rate of money to their
teacher
.
As a consequence
, they’re in the middle of
teacher
scarcity right now and
can’t
upgrade their level of human resources. Government, as the stakeholder that controls the country, has the responsibility to solve it. Since in most of the country
teachers
are working for them, Government has the authority to involve in
this
matter. From Increasing the payment to giving
teachers
tremendous support to accelerate their well-being, these are some solutions that could be realized. With
this
kind of realization, the number of people that want to be
teachers
would unarguably increase. Take a look at Japan
for example
where they give excellent pay to their lecturer. An amazing development in terms of
teacher
quantity and people’s quality is happening there. To sum things up, it’s achievable to rose the figure of those who want to be
teachers
.
However
, there is a massive role of government to make
this
comes true. The ruler needs to be more proactive to accommodate the requirement of their employee which in
this
case is the
teacher
.
