Dear Mike, I am writing

letter to express my disappointment with our management team. I have been employed with the company for the

last

5 years but still working as a certified associate in the Customer service department. I am working under the supervision of Mr Gopal who is on a manager position currently. I came to know about the promotion of my colleague working in the same department as me

last

year.

Although

I am very happy with his success as we are good friends since he joined.

However

this

pitched me to write a letter to you that I have better skills and experience as well with both customer and group goals than him. Meanwhile, I felt a number of times that our association had a different environment of sexism

such

as I only got promoted once but male workers who have fewer qualifications or started with me now working in higher positions under

this

company. I want justice for every working woman in

this

association, want you to give instructions to the management team of our department so that they can work on

this

It is well known that young people tend to change their careers every few years. Whether they do it purposely or not, it is more common for them to quit compared to Boomers. If we see the bigger picture, this is actually a more complex situation than it seems. It is related to the low salary, toxic workplace, and seniority/bullying, or even deeper, the unavailability of corporate ladder to climb upon. From my experience, the benefit of job jumping outweighs the harm. Afterall, the perfect office does not exist.

An increasing number of married couples around the world choosing to remain childless. The main benefits of not having a child for couples are that they can focus on their careers and have more time for themselves. The main drawbacks are that they could not fit into their peers’ group and have no one to look after them when they get old.

In recent years, the world has developed rapidly, and higher education has expanded globally. Under these circumstances, several students have to move to another city due to the lack of qualified institutions in their homeland. While plenty of students attend university in another city, others prefer staying with their parents. As far as I am concerned, the benefits of living away from home can outweigh the drawbacks.

Currently, good and reputable universities have very expensive tuition fees. Students have to pay a lot of money to study. However, not all students can afford the expensive tuition, so some argue that universities should be free for all students. In my opinion, I only partly agree.
