Some people think it would be a good idea for schools to teach every young person how to be a good parent. Do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Describe the skills a person needs to be a good parent. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
A small percentage of the population considers that teaching a young person how to be good a parent would be a good initiative. In my opinion, I agree, even if they have an idea, it would be really helpful for them to be taught how to be a better parent.
When young people have babies, they unknowingly develop the
qualities
of being good parents
. These qualities
are developed in them by seeing their parents
from childhood. However
, there are a few things that teachers can teach them for good health as well as
the development of young ones. For example
, parents
can be told to talk to infants about colours, fruits, vegetables etc. Moreover
, parents
can be taught how to utilize the energy of toddlers which would enhance their growth and development. Furthermore
, introducing parents
to activities such
as peeling peas which provides good exercise for the fingertips of kids . Children learn a lot from their parents
hence
, it would be great if parents
are taught how can they develop qualities
of being helpful, polite, respectful etc. in their future generations.
I believe, that a person needs to have a lot of patience to be a good parent. Besides
, one should be willing to spend a lot of time with their kids so they can inculcate good values in them. For instance
, they should make sure they take out time to play with their kids every day. They have to be creative in finding ways to teach children new things.
To conclude
, all parents
do have qualities
of being good parents
, but with a little more assistance, it can be enhanced. Parents
should also
learn from each other during school which could also
be useful.Submitted by prudhvi.pinninti18 on
