You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I am writing to complain about destop comuter that is provided by your company for work purpose. From a couple of weeks ago, the computer is hanging frequently. Especially, when I am typing anything for a long, it just stucks in between and the worst part is, it would not allow me to save any content, thats why I have to type everything again. Additionaly, one thing that I have noticed is that whenever it hangs, a high volume of fan is coming from the CPU which is quite unusual. Then I have to shut down the entire system and restart it which is very time-consuming. Because of that, sometimes I can not accomplish my tasks within allocated period. On top of that, yesterday the system was stucked in the middle of my presentation with my boss which was highly embarassing for me.
