The map below shows the development of the village of Ryemouth between 1995 and present.
The given maps illustrate the previous layout of Ryemouth and how it will have changed in the future after being redevelopment. Over the period, both maps have maintained natural resources despite the extensive construction of recreational facilities.
First of all, the farmland located on the northern side of the map was destroyed and a golf area will have built. The next noticeable feature is that the shops, fish market and fishing port located on the southern side, were demolished and they are converted into relational and accommodation facilities.
Furthermore
, the Hotel will have developed at present and a car park will add. Part of the housing in the centre of the map after redeveloping, this
area will be changed and a new Road and housing will have replaced. The number of housing in the northwestern part of the map after redeveloping will have increased.
