some people work for the same organisation all their working life. others think that it is better to work for different organisation. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

In present days, there are some opinions saying
people
should devote themselves to
one
company
whereas
others believe that
workers
need to
work
for several different firms. Both opinions are accepted in society. In
this
essay, I will discuss both points of
view
and my personal opinion. First of all, there is a belief which argues to
people
should stay in
one
company
for all their
life
. If
workers
stay in
one
group until their retirement,
then
they can get stable and high
positions
than others. Staying in the same organization means that
one
can get more understanding of the
company
, and it directly improves his or her working efficiency.
For example
, those who become CEO or get higher
positions
in the
company
must have deep knowledge and their colleagues' and partners' trust;
this
knowledge and trust are often earned by
workers
who put effort into
one
firm.
However
, there are some voices which ask folks to job for different organizations, not only
one
.
Workers
who want more experience usually challenging to
work
in several different companies. If
one
works at several firms,
then
he or she can get wide business connections, and broaden the point of
view
on own
work
.
Also
, if
employees
want to try new job
positions
or improve their skills,
then
changing the working environment is
one
of the solutions. In my opinion, I believe
employees
should
work
at more than
one
company
in their
life
. If
workers
devote their entire
life
only to
one
company
, they can have a bias against others, especially their colleagues who change their jobs.
Although
changing jobs or
positions
frequently can bear more negative effects than positives,
people
who have numerous experiences from different environments might have more flexible ideas and bright ideas.
In other words
, those who can introduce new ideas and points of
view
to employers who have closed minds are
employees
from other working places with open-mindedness. In conclusion, there are two points of
view
which agree that
employees
should
work
for the same firm for their
life
whereas
some say that
employees
should experience various companies. I am on the side of the opinion that suggests
people
put effort into varied organizations because I believe that
workers
who have several unique experiences can improve their employed firms.

Support ideas with relevant, specific examples

Examples make your writing easier to understand by illustrating points more effectively.

Examples, if used properly, not only help you get higher marks for ‘Task Response’ but also for ‘Coherence’.

When giving examples it is best to put them after your main idea or topic sentence. They can be used in the middle of supporting sentences or they can be used to start a new sentence. There is no rule for where exactly to give examples in essays, logically they would come after your main idea/topic sentence or just after a supporting sentence.

Linking words for giving examples:
