I am writing

letter to express my gratitude for the services I received at your hotel
the past week. I booked your hotel
for 3 days from 20th March to 23rd March.
At the time of my arrival at your hotel
, not only I received a warm welcome but also
really great services were provided to me by one of your staff members. When I arrived, the weather got very fierce and I was stuck in a heavy downpour at the corner of the street. It was nearly impossible for me to carry the luggage alone all the way to your hotel
although

was only a mile away from the point where I was stranded.
During this
situation, I contacted one of the members of your staff for extending help. I was astonished to see that your hotel
not only sent a car to pick me up from that location but, on my arrival offered me a complimentary lunch.
I would like to show my gratitude towards your staff and I am planning to send a gift as a token of appreciation.
