on 10th street in the New West city during the first week of the March. I am writing this
letter to express my sincere gratitude for the all extended assistance which I received from one of your`s employees. In addition
, the way he helped and look after my needs throughout my stay was really amazing.
It was dark midnight when I arrived at the hotel
on the first day of my stay where I was looking for support to carry my huge baggage. On the other hand
, I could not see anyone on the floor and a few of the staff members just watching me none of them came forward to help me except Mr Ravi who looked at me and gave enough support without any expectation.
I would like to ask you to do a favour for him and if possible provide some additional salary or any discount on your hotel
stay for his family please do not hesitate to ask me if any support is needed from my end .
