The plans below show the site of an airport now and how it will look after redevelopment next year. Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The maps illustrate the placement of the southwest airport before and after construction.
Overall
, there would be many additional features that the airport will have in future development. From the facilities’ point of view, the work will bring several new building
that is
useable for all airport’s customers
such
as Skytrain, ATM, Bag drop, and Car Hire. In a deeper look at the future plan, Skytrain will be situated as the substitute for the walkway
while
ATM, Bag drop, and Car Hire are standing alone as new points.
However
, the security, passport controls, and customs post will remain the same as before. So do with the location of Departures and Arrivals
although
there would be a tiny space of expansion near the arrivals. In terms of gate number, there will be an enormous increase in quantity. From only 8 gates to additional 10 gates that are located in the Y-shaped line of access. In conclusion, the future progression will bring a different look to the airport layout and features.
