You use the local swimming pool often, and during one of your visits, you have encountered a problem. Write a letter to the manager. In your letter  describe what the problem was  tell what the swimming pool staff have done about it  Suggest your own solution to the problem.

Dear sir, I am writing to address the complaint about the swimming

which has not been cleaned for 4 months. I am a member of your Star club and I frequently use the

pool

. On my visit about four months ago, the

water

was not in useable condition, so, I raise

this

concern to the cleaners and they assured me to replace the

water

next week. But, during my

last

visit about a week ago, the Swimming

pool

was stinking. Unfortunately, I would have to come back without swimming. I complained about

this

issue to the supervisor, but ignore it and the

pool

was still stinking. Yesterday, Some of the cleaners remove some garbage from the

water

surface but did not replace the

water

. I would like to request you replace the

water

immediately and advise strictly caretaker to keep the

water

clean on daily basis. I hope you will take my complaint into consideration and release quick action about

this
