There are agreements and disagreements between the rich countries that give financial support to poorer countries, and the developed countries help the poor countries with financial aid. Both of them have different impacts. Giving money gives help for poorer countries to develop their country. But on the other side, giving money only has a short impact on the poorer countries.

These days, some people believe that chemical formulas that are invented to cure human beings should be tested first on animals.
