You have recently ordered an item through the Internet, but are not happy with the purchase. Write to the company. In your letter: – Describe what you purchased, – explain why you are not happy with the purchase, – tell them what you would like them to do about the situation.

Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to express my disappointment regarding the
printer
that I bought
last
week from your company online as the alignment and the colour quality of printing documents is not as good as I expected. I have ordered the latest version of the Canon
printer
in exchange for my previous
printer
in order to enjoy the new features of the equipment for my work. I had rather preferred to go for in-store purchases of gadgets but as my nearby store didn't get the model that I was looking for, made me buy it online
instead
. Actually, I need to print so many documents on a daily basis as I am working from home.
Therefore
, the
printer
is foremost important for me in accordance with printing all the important information of my clients. As I wanted, it got delivered within 2 days of my purchase. I found it pleasing to my eye when I had a First glance of it because of the texture and the features of the
printer
mentioned in the given catalogue.
Finally
, after the installation, when I printed the first document, the alignment of the letters was off, unclear and faded.
Moreover
, it kept showing the message of filling the ink tank even though the tanks were fully filled. As I have already mailed my previous
printer
to the company, left me with no other choice but to rush to the nearby printing shop which cost me a lot of money daily. I would like to exchange the broken machine for a new one as soon as possible. I would appreciate your immediate attention to
this
matter. Yours faithfully, Prabh

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
