Some communities believe that to be a successful educator, achieving skills is one of the most important requirements.
While
some people claim that getting experience can be the first role for development. I am keen to argue about both points and

declare my opinion about
this
statement. As can be observed in
this
area
teachers
have a vital assignment. Most
teachers
who are young and have high ability and new information can be useful for society. Because they learned courses in a new era.
For instance
, one of the Swedish organizations wrote about skilful
couches
and have a positive view of them. And
also
said, these
couches
should be supported by the government to be more successful in furthers.
On the other hand
, experienced educators can be a gift and magic for students. These people have a particular method for their course. And they can create lots of geniuses in the universe. They have higher knowledge than others.
For example
, one of the American institutes shared some information about experienced mathematics
teachers
. In that text, It shows that the students who had these
couches
had satisfactory results from them. From my point of view, experienced
teachers
and professors can be more useful in
this
era. Because they can make lessons easier and clearer. And can remove lots of messy understanding in lessons. And most of the statistics agree that. In general, both kinds of educators are efficient for any government. But in high levels experienced
couches
can be more appropriate. And students can have a good education with them.
