Every
government
 has a budget for the whole year the
state
 decides its priorities and spends on different sectors.
Government
 should spend a good chunk of its funds serving the basic needs of the public like
education
 and
health
care
.In my ,opinion
Government
 funding must be spent on
education
 and
health
care
this
 is crucial for the human development of the
state
. The
state
 should take
care
 of their
people
's basic needs to ensure the
people
 their
government
 is behind them.If the
state
 does not spend on
education
, the Rich can go to private institutes but what will happen if someone can't afford
education
 and
health
? The gap between rich and poor will increase because the poor with not have the same set of opportunities as rich
people
 can afford private
education
 but the poor can't.Illiteracy will increase in a society that's not good for the
state
.
Health
care
 is the basic necessity of every individual in the
state
 the
government
's responsibility is to provide the best quality
health
care
.if someone is diagnosed with a major disease and can't afford expensive treatment so the
state
 should take
care
 of him,
Furthermore
 everyone pays the tax that's why
people
 pay taxes because the
state
 will be there for them in tough times.now states time to return the benefits of tax in helping them fund
health
care
.

 are the basic pillars of the human development index.every
government
 wants to develop its human capital so investing in the public is never a bad idea these funds are coming from them are being spent on their
