In some countries, owing a home rather than renting one is very important. *why might this be the case *Do you think this is a positive or negative development?

It is undeniable that more and more
people
consider buying but not renting a home . Some
people
are concerned about how
this
trend brings drawbacks to our life .
This
essay ,
however
, will outline why I believe it's a beneficial development and why
this
case has occurred. One reason is that
due to
advanced technology ,
people
live longer lives, which means there is longer time spent in the home after retirement . Rather than paying all the money they earn to the landlord ,it is wiser to consider owning a
house
as accumulating money .When all the payments are done , the
house
can be its own possession , creating harmony or even renting it to make additional income . Thanks to
this
new trend , there is a number of positive impacts that occur in our society.First of all , the economy is boosted by dealing and selling .
Secondly
,
this
situation brings more job opportunities,
such
as a realtor or interior designer.
Last
but not least , with
people
trading houses, residential areas may accidentally gather.Business
people
can seize
this
opportunity to start businesses or markets around the place , in the long term , the area will become more prosperous, and more consumption happens too.
On the other hand
, those who suggest the negative aspects outweigh the positives, maintain that houses can be changed
due to
different circumstances .
Moreover
, the risks are higher if possessing it ,
for example
,meeting rude neighbours or potentially bad
house
conditions . By way of conclusion , it seems that buying or renting a
house
is a double-edged sword. Despite the drawbacks of owning it , the benefits cannot be ignored. Hopefully ,
this
trend can keep its flow.
