You do NOT need to write any addresses Begin your letter as follows Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir, I am writing
this
letter to express my interest in carrying out the voluntary part-time job available in the
museum
. I would like to have an on-site experience in the
museum
to explain the
history
and artefacts of the items showcased to the visitors. A part of being a research scholar in
history
working alongside the
museum
would be beneficial towards my resume. I have a keen interest in learning our
history
, and I am
also
pursuing PhD in one of the most reputed universities.
Due to
this
my expertise in
history
is top-notch. Apart from these, I can be helpful in managing
museum
resources like organizing public and private shows and
also
raising funds towards the welfare of the
museum
. I would be able to show up only in summer vacation,
due to
the fact of being unpaid. I need to work at another place to look after my monthly expenses. Thanking you, Hoping to hear from you in the near future. Yours faithfully, Mathew Abhishek.

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
