The maps below show an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and planned future development of the site.
The map illustrates the current industrial area of Norbiton town
as well as
the future development plan for it. It
also
shows that the site is bound by a river in the north, Norbiton town in the west, and a road in the south. Over and above that there is farmland on the other side of the river.
Overall
,
according to
the diagram, the land
that is
currently being used by factories, will in the future be used for residences and the facilities that residents will need.
Additionally
, it is obvious that there are many more buildings in the plan than there are currently.
Moreover
, some of the farmland will be used for housing, which in turn will be connected to the main site by a bridge over the river. In terms of the current state of the site, there are two roads, and eight industries have been constructed around the circle in the centre and adjacent to the roads on either side. The road leading to the east of the area ends in a factory.
On the other hand
, the location will have 7 units of housing, two circles, 6 roads, an area for shops, a medical centre, a playground, and a school in the east, in the future.
Furthermore
, the route to the north of the big circle will connect to another road on the other side of the water body which services a housing unit there.
