write a letter to a organizer of annual festival which is going to organize in your place. Give feedback for last year, mention what you can do and ask some question about festival

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
to express my joy about being a part of the annual festival organized by you
last
year. It was very well planned and there was no rush at all despite of huge crowd. I
also
admire the basic necessities provided by you, yet there is one thing which can be improved. I heard people talking about bad quality food provided by the vendor. I have contact with the vendor who provides very good food of very high quality.
In addition
to that, He has vast experience in catering large events.
Therefore
, It would be a great choice if you are planning to change the vendor for the event
this
time. I am
also
eager to know what kind of activities and games will take place
this
year and when would be. Which band are you planning to call for the concert at night? as it’s the most awaited part of the event. I hope you will consider my suggestion. If you need anything from me I can be reached at my email mailto:[email protected]. Yours faithfully , Kishan
