The shipment was delivered to me on 24th January. Unfortunately, upon receiving the parcel, I found out that the screen of the mobile is completely damaged and is not in working condition.

Cultural matters indeed have a critical position for any nation although there would be some noticeable subjects that governments should consider and put a particular budget on them.
