With the raising awareness of healthy diet by wide broadcasting by media, more and more people decide not to consume meat, such as beef, pork, lamb or fish in their life. While they suggest that by doing so, they can enhance their physical condition and even help the environment, I personally consider that it can turn out to be some problems for the health, and do little help for the world.
