The table shows the data about the expenditure of five countries in three areas in 2002, namely food/drink/tobacco, clothing/shoes, leisure/education. Looking from an
overall
perspective, it is readily apparent that the most money was spent on food, drink, and tobacco by these five states and generally, the least amounts were spent on leisure and education.
According to
the knowledge, the largest percentage of food, drink, and tobacco expenses belonged to Turkey which was 32.14%, and the Swiss became the population who spent the least on
this
. (15.77 %) Italians’ percentage in the same field was approximately as small as the Swiss’ and which was 16.38%. Italy was responsible for the largest proportion of clothing and footwear (9%), followed by the Turkish community (6.63%) and the Spanish(6.51%). Of the 5 countries, Sweden paid the least amount of money for these two domains. In terms of leisure and education, the Turks took the first place again with 4.35% and Spain budgeted the least amount for them.
