, the popularity and satisfaction were higher after the refurbishment. The amount of non-respondents to the survey remains de same over the two years. Visitors to the museum grew to more than 15 000 at the time of its changes.
Whereas
people that were very dissatisfied lower just about 5% in the following year, the very satisfied grew by 20% making one of the biggest growth after the dissatisfied fell from 40% to 15%. There were no big changes for the satisfied and no response groups. The first just dropped 5% and the latter remained at the same percentage.
