Dear Sir or Madam,
This
letter is in regard to the recent article written in a national newspaper highlighting that town centres across the nation look similar to one another, and to explain why
this
is not the case. To start with, there were tangible points mentioned and can be agreed upon, that quite resonates with each town centre in our country.
For instance
, the bus stand in the midst of shopping centres and the flag getting hoisted in front of each government building among others. These points couldn't be debated well and it was well captured in the essay. But
on the other hand
, there were statements indicating the identical nature among all
such
places, that can be stand corrected. To illustrate
this
better, the article highlights a few towns having no police stations or petrol bunks, which is not true as per the current record.
Also
, we would like to take
this
opportunity to provide a guided tour of our town, Pillsbury, to stress
further
the facts mentioned above, and the discrepancies highlighted in the newspaper.
Furthermore
, would like to host you at the summer carnival that happens each year in the month of August. Hope
this
letter is well received and make necessary corrections on future articles similar to it. Your's Faithful, John
