There are unending arguments if the nation is held responsible for the different social crises, some people believe that the increasing number of homeless and unemployed is mainly authorities' accountability. I agree with the viewpoint because the ministry has the power to mitigate the issue. On one hand, poverty is the core reason for these social problems, which the council should figure out and give solutions to,

, supporting the indigents who cannot pursue their education in order to finish a degree and find a proper job in the future.

will likely resolve the unemployment crisis because they will have stable employment and surely lessen homelessness since they are financially stable to pay for their expenditure.
