In your apartment building there is an entrance hall which you share with your neighbours. Recently there have been some problems with this shared area. Write a letter to your neighbours. In your letter introduce yourself and describe the problem or problems suggest what could be done to improve the situation suggest a meeting to talk about it

Dear neighbours, I am Ahmed Elnahhas, the resident of flat number five on the third floor. I am writing you
this
letter to inform you about some problems in our entrance hall which we all share together, and I hope we can find some solutions to these issues. Recently, it found that the electric system is not working as it should be as some lamps are broken.
In addition
to that, I noticed later there are some broken spots in the wall and the pillars of the entrance, which make it looks like a bad view;
accordingly
, I suggest collecting some cash from each apartment and raising a fund to fix these issues as soon as possible,
also
we can remain
this
fund for other enhancements required across all the building. In the end, I suggest having a regular meeting with all the residents so we can discuss
this
problem or any other pending issues,
also
we may have
this
meeting one time per month to have an open discussion. Your feedback is highly appreciated by sending a letter or you can come to my place directly. Yours Sincerely.
