to inform you that I have caught a severe cold and fever, and suffering for the last
two days. The doctor has advised me to take rest for the next two days, due to
which, I may not be able to come to the office for the next few days.
I saw many colleagues coming to an office even if they are suffering from severe infections. Additionally
, they do not wear masks and do not follow guidelines decided by our company to keep everyone safe. Moreover
, confined office space makes it more uncomfortable.
Therefore
, I suggest you ask employees to follow the guidelines defined and wear masks all the time. In addition
to that, you may only allow people to enter who are healthy and encourage other workers to work from home if they observe any symptoms of cold or fever.
