letter to inform you about the recreational event which I am planning to organize in a rural area. Here I would like to discuss my views with you.

, I am planning to hold the recreational program in the rural area on 13 April 2023. Because I belong to the Punjabi culture and people celebrate that day with the happiness of harvesting crops. That's why 13 April is special for me and I am celebrating it.

, I have done all preparations except decorating the stage.

, I am confused about the distribution of gifts to children who are participating in dance and singing

drawing activities. All in all, I need your help because you have a vast knowledge of decorations. So the event stage is decorated with lighting and stunning flowers.
