of minutes
for local calls had risen up from 70 billion
minutes
to 90, but after
this
last
year, this
figure dropped significantly to 75 billion
in 2002. Compared to the national and international calls, the number
of minutes
used to make phone calls almost doubled from 35 billion
in 1995 to 60 billion
in 2002.
