Many argue that it is betterment idea to relocate big corporations from urban centres to rural areas. Even though building large production sites outside the town centre has production some drawbacks, In my opinion, its benefits are far better significant. Migration of large industries will bring more space to create advanced facilities for their employees which is impossible inside bigger capital

 as gyms, canteens, and spacious offices . In

 way, workers can relieve their stress related to work, and it leads to the generation of different ideas to improve the growth and development of the company.

, after organising the recreational activities room in amazon which is located in Brampton, Canada, the quality and production of work have increased by 55%.

, moving large businesses outside the large metropolis not only will originate the issue regarding network issues but

 the supply of skilled workers. As the poor quality of the internet can delay different department's orders

 a lack of communication. It will impact the sales of employment because every centre of a trade depends on the internet and is interconnected to each other.

, experienced employees prefer to live in urban areas for high salaries and a better lifestyle.

, it can cause a shortage of skilled labour.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.
