Some members of society think that if the police carry guns or other types of assault weapons, it would provoke a higher level of crime. Personally, I do not agree with

idea, because it is vital for police to carry guns in order to arrest criminals. On the one hand, quitting using arms can reduce the violence matched. The reason for

, people will start to show reverse respect and will act more law-abidingly.

, in some countries with low crime levels, policemen do not carry a gun with them,
