Dear Mr Lam, I am Terannce Tsui and I had been staying at your place with your family from the 2nd of July to the 10th of July. I am writing to you regarding my wristwatch and I think I might leave it in your place during my stay. It is a Rolex watch and it costs around ten thousand dollars. It is in grey colour and you may find a logo of Rolex printed on the back of the watch.
According to
my memory, I might leave it in my room, probably inside the top closet drawer. Please contact me on my phone on 92691339 no matter if you can find my watch or not . As my friend, Tammy, is going to visit Japan next week, she may visit you and get it back for me if you can find it. Thank you for your help and I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely, Terrance Tsui

To score effectively on your IELTS exam, you should make an effort to implement short concise sentences coupled with linking words.

Almost every sentence in your essay should have a linking word of some sort.

In fact, the only sentences that can omit linking words are your background sentence and thesis.
